About

A coffee and gelato house on Temple Bar, open from morning until late every day.

An espresso in a small glass on a metal tray with a spoon resting across the saucer

Cloud Nine sits at 1-2 Temple Bar, Dublin 2, a few doors from the Temple Bar pub, in the middle of the busiest street in the city. It is a coffee and gelato house: espresso and flat whites on one board, gelato by the scoop, bubble waffles, crepes and sundaes on the other three.

Everything is made on site. The doors open at half nine in the morning, half ten on a Sunday, and stay open until half eleven at night, seven days a week, long after most of the coffee shops nearby have shut.

Google rates it 4.2 from 459 reviews, and those reviews arrive in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian, which tells you most of what you need to know about who walks through the door.
